- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 to 3 tablespoons ★ Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ★ Mirin
- 1 tbsp ★ Sake
- 1 tbsp ★ White sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp ★ Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 for frying Vegetable oil

- Wash the chicken wings with water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and massage the seasonings in well.
