- Nanban Vinegar:
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 6 tbsp Sugar

- 1 dash For adults: sliced red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp For children: ketchup
- Tartar Sauce:
- 2 Boiled egg
- 1/4 Onion
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper

- Cut the chicken breast into large bite-sized pieces.
